There Will Be No Slacking

Just thought I'd throw up another Ironman-related pic for the day (this one, taken at Bear Mountain last weekend, is one I think Scott would be a little prouder of than the one I posted yesterday - although the half-dead-on-the-couch-with-the-crazy-breathing-machine-look was just as authentic!) I've been in Nashville with Kendall since yesterday, at the Beachbody Summit (annual convention) and Scott just landed. "Why didn't he travel with you?" you ask? Well, he can get his swim and run training in while he's here, but he had to double-up on the bike yesterday and this morning, before heading down.
