As exhausted as he is - I mean like "banging into walls, suffering at 8pm" exhausted - Scott has not missed a session of using this crazy looking breathing machine. On top of the typically insane training that goes into preparing for race day, this medieval torture-like contraption became part of another pre-Ironman regiment - since IM Boulder will take place 5430 feet above sea level. Keep making fun of "C.A." (Captain Anal) if you must. I'm just happy knowing he's doing everything possible to stay out of the medical tent on race day.
